Returns and Exchanges
- Conditions of Returns
We are happy to refund any items returned within 28 days. Items must be unworn and undamaged with all tags and in their original packaging.
Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of returns.
Original receipt/paperwork must be presented. In-store refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Please note stores cannot refund PayPal or Humm accounts.
All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that offers insurance on the goods you are returning. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect order.

Quickly and easily return your item with An Post’s Click and Post system - it offers a quick and easy way to buy your postage labels or book a shopping return online. Click on retailer, enter Pamela Scott, enter reason for return and use your order number for Retailer order reference.
A flat fee of €4.95 to be paid for a Drop Off at an An Post Location (OR)
A flat fee of €6 to be paid when pickup is arranged from your location

Pamela Scott Stores (ROI only)
If you wish to return an item to a Pamela Scott store, please bring the Delivery Note along with the item(s) you wish to return to the store along with the Order Confirmation email.
Our stores can refund items bought with credit/debit cards and gift cards. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same item and must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email info@pamelascott.com quoting your order number if you have any queries.

Incorrect/Faulty Items
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, incorrectly sized or just not what you originally ordered, please contact: info@pamelascott.com quoting your order number, name, address, and product details. We will arrange collection/delivery of the item and/or a suitable replacement.

E-Voucher Purchases
Stores cannot refund items bought by an E-VOUCHER on the Pamela Scott website - please contact Customer Services on info@pamelascott.com to organise a refund for your E-Gift Voucher.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety precautions we are unable to take returns of:
- Healthcare items
- Lingerie
- Jewellery and some accessory items

Cancellation Policy
When you purchase online at www.pamelascott.com you have a statutory right to cancel your entire order up to 14 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. A full refund will be issued upon return of the entire order in its original packaging. If you decide to cancel your order with www.pamelascott.com you must send an email to info@pamelascott.com quoting the order reference number. The order is returned at the customer’s own cost.
